COVID - 19 Update as of Saturday, March 28, 2020
For the safety of our clients and our families, as of Wednesday 3/25, our doors are temporarily closed for business. In compliance with the City of Frisco and Collin County officials, the latest word is we can reopen April 2nd.We have already communicated with anyone who was scheduled for appointments through the close of business, April 1st. Some additional information:
ALL CLIENTS - We recommend clients leave their appointments from April 2nd and beyond “as isâ€, until we get either a green light to reopen or word to move our reopen date out further past April 2nd.
PERMANENT MAKEUP CLIENTS - We are keeping any appointments that are booked from April 2nd on and will communicate with you individually as we receive new information that changes this date.
LASH CLIENTS - Once it is safe for us to open again, there may be a rush to get the soonest appointments, although I do recommend everyone to keep their appointments where they are for now. Anyone who doesn’t have their next appointment, feel free to book out on Vagaro or reach out to us to get on the books. Also, it would be a good idea for clients to download the Vagaro app on their phones in the event we need your assistance rebooking appointments in the future. our user name is usually the same as the email address you receive appointment reminders to. If you don't know the passcode that was assigned to you when your account was open, you can request a new passcode in the app. PLEASE DO NOT open a new account under a new email. Text us if you need help with your Vagaro app.
Again, unless we hear of any additional information, we will not cancel any appointments that are on or beyond April 2nd. As new information gets handed down and our closure date extends, I will continue to close appointments per this same process outlined above.
We truly miss seeing and talking to our clients already and hope everyone stays safe through this crisis. Feel free to reach out at any time!
