Please Note: Permanent Make Up Procedures among qualified and talented technicians are in high demand. Christine takes her time with each client to ensure the utmost client satisfaction. With those factors in mind, it is likely that Permanent Make Up Procedure availability may be 3-6 months out. Most clients agree that quality is worth waiting for, especially when it is a tattoo on your face :)

PERMANENT MAKE UP PROCEDURES
A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking a Permanent Make Up Procedure. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 business hours (business hours Monday-Friday), you may apply the deposit towards future service; this does not apply to missed appointments or no shows. Deposit is forfeited in the event of missed or no shows.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS, FIRST-TIME FULL SETS
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking First Full Set of Eyelash Extensions. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24-48 business hours (business hours Monday-Friday), you may apply the deposit towards future service; this does not apply to missed appointments or no shows. For Fills, the same policy applies but missed appointments will be expected to pay 100% of the service fee. 

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
We have specific requirements for rescheduling or canceling appointments, please see above. 

LATE ARRIVALS
A grace period of 15 minutes is given to all clients. Late arrivals will be serviced for the remainder of the allotted appointment time.
