Update - Monday, April 7, 2020

Dear Valued Clients,

We have been contacting clients that are scheduled with us day-by-day, but we would like to give everybody the latest update regarding the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns. As many of you may know, the Governor of Texas mandated the closure of ALL salons in the area. Before the Governor made this call, there was A LOT of confusion because it was left up to the individual counties and cities. The latest word from the Governor is that we must remain closed through April 30th, reopening on Friday, May 1st. Please keep in mind, this date could get pushed back into May if it is determined by the local government that it is not safe for our industry to reopen. We will continue updating you all as we get any new information.

Moving forward, all eyelash service appointments that are on the books through the close of business on April 30th will be canceled. If you aren't booked for May, please go online to Vagaro to get on the books for May and beyond. Permanent makeup clients that are on the books through the close of business on April 30th, if I haven't already contacted you, I will be contacting you to reschedule. Appointments on the books from May 1st and beyond, we will keep "as is".

We are collaberating with other beauty colleagues to brainstorm on ideas to help our lash clients deal with their lashes that are looking sparse. For now, please see the recommendations below to help with your lash extensions for the next few weeks.
Our priorities are always our clients and our family and we have a commitment to provide excellent, safe services and hygiene practices. It’s an honor to have you as a guest, and in particular during these challenging times. Thank you for being the center of what we do.
